The youngest team U16 won the European Championship in Tallinn. The Czech National Team showed great collective spirit throughout the tournament. According to statistics, the best player was Jan Svandrlík (Unicaja Malaga), he played an average of 24 minutes, 11 points, 6 rebounds, 1.3 assists and one steal. The second PPGroup  player was Peter Herman (BK Pardubice), who played an average of 12 minutes, 4.6 points, 3.6 rebounds and 1.3 blocks. More

Tomas transferred from Pardubice where he grew up into the ranks of the professional basketball players. Novy Jicin is a new challenge and we are sure he will sucessfully show his merit in the team. At European Championships U18 Div. B PPGroup represented three players . Ondrej Balvin, Tomas Vyoral and Jaromir Bohacik. The trio led the team to  the title. They became the best scorers of Czech team. They combined made a half of all points of the team. More

Sports complex in Treviso La Ghirada was hosted from 06/05 to 06/07/2010. Around top 50 players from all corners of the world attended the event. They showed their basketball skills under the microscope of NBA officials. This year was represented by all 30 NBA teams. Mr. Larry Bird, the member of the NBA Hall of Fame and a legendary Boston Celtics player, who serves as the president of the Indiana Pacers . A special guest also the  German Basketball player Detlef Schrempf who starred in the Indiana Pacers and Seattle SuperSonics. More

Jan Svandrlik and Samuel Faifr with their Unicaja Malaga team will play final 2010 NIKE INTERNATIONAL JUNIOR TOURNAMENT in Paris, which runs parallel to the Euroleague Final Four. Qualification has not been easy, but thanks to second place in the tournament in L'Hospitalet and subsequently granted a wild card to ensure participation. More

Samuel Faifr and Jan Svandrlik helped their junior team Unicaja Malaga to advance to the next level of the Spanish Junior National Competition. Their team ended in second place in the qualification of Andalusia put them in the next stage of the competition. In the Final game lost Unicaja lost to Cajasol Sevilla 57:60. The Czech League, Mattoni NBl, pre-played the 38th round. USK Prague played against Brno for the playoff roster. The home team played well and lead by 21 points at half-time. Not even an amazing entry by David Jelinek in the 3rd quarter against Real Madrid did not change the loos of Joventut Badalona 90:82. David scored after the drive to the basket and was fouled. He then made the free throw. After a short while he scored a three pointer in the face of the Real Madrid defender. Finally David ran the court coast to coast with a layup. Pavel Bosak made his premiere in LegaDue and immediately showed that he can bring his team great strength. A.B. Latina won the match against Filene Jesi. Pavel played 29 minutes and scored 16 points, 5 rebounds, 2 blocks, 1 assist. In the decisive moment of the game Pavel hit a three and a block the opponent's easy 2 points from under the basket. Tomas had a very sucessful REEBOK EuroCamp 2009, that tool place in Treviso, Italy. In front of a very professional audience of NBA and Euroleage GM’s and scouts Tomas played his best. His name was the positive rumor of the camp. An unnamed GM of an NBA team, told his agent, Phillip Parun that “if there was on player he could take back to the NBA with him, it would be Tomas”. More

The tournament is played in two groups and it is the final highlight of the entire season and will invite the top teams in Spain. Ondrej Kohout, was voted the regular season MVP before attending the Final Four 2009. During the Final Four tournament Ondrej proved his merit and was voted the Final Four MVP, while scoring and average of 30.3 points, 16 rebounds, 2.3 blocks and 43.7 ranking! Ondrej was also the Final Four leader in most points scored and most rebounds. Ondra’s team, Sokol Prazsky, came in 2nd place at the tournament, after they lost the title by a late three pointer from the opponents team. More
